1 - Oh, here's a good story to show why you shouldn't leave things to the last minute!, 2 - I'll never forget the day I had to hand my frist company report in to my new boss - What a nightmare!, 3 - He called me at 7 am to say he needed the report by 10:30 - could I email it to him?, 4 - So, I got to work at 7.30 am and read through my report one more time., 5 - Then I logged onto my email account to begin uploading it - my boss was a conference, you see, and he needed it for a presentation he was giving., 6 - You won't believe it, but the file was far too big. I decided I'd better save it to a USB stick and then have it couriered to him., 7 - Funnily enough, all the USB sticks in the office were too small and I didn't know where to find one with a bigger memory - so I dashed out to buy one and came back to the office., 8 - After I had saved the file to the USB, I called the courier company and arranged for them to pick up the USB immediately., 9 - Can you imagine? By 9.45 they still hadn't arrived. In the end, I just got into my car and drove to the conference., 10 - My boss was not very happy when I arrived with the report just five minutes before the presentation. Believe me, I'll never rely on last minute checking again!,
