1) Stretch and Reset : Stand tall, reach arms overhead, 5 shoulder rolls, gently stretch neck side to side. 2) Stand and Share: Stand up. Answer: "One word that describes your leadership today?" 3) Walk and Talk:  Pair up and walk. Discuss: "What's one insight from the last section?" 4) High Five: Walk around and give 3 people a high-five 5) 20-Second Shake-Out: Shake arms, legs, shoulders, whole body. Keep moving for 30 seconds. 6) Posture Reset: Sit tall, plant feet, roll shoulders back. Inhale deeply, exhale slowly. 7) Balance Challenge: Stand on one foot for 15 seconds, then switch. 8) Line Up: Line up silently by category (tenure, birthday month, etc.). 9) Chair Yoga: Seated twist in chair - hold chair arms, rotate side to side. 10) Energizer Clap: Facilitator starts clap rhythm. Group repeats until everyone joins. End with one big synchronized clap.
