1 - Chocolate comes from pods that grow on the cacao tree. The pods can be red, yellow, or orange when they are ready to be cut. Inside each pod, there are many cacao seeds, also called beans., 2 - First, farm workers cut the pods open and carefully take out the beans. Each pod has about 20 to 50 seeds inside. Workers collect the beans and prepare them for the next step., 3 - Next, the workers leave the beans to dry in the sun or in a special room for about a week. This process makes the beans taste sweeter. When the beans are dry, they are packed into lorries or ships and sent to chocolate factories., 4 - Then, at the factory, the beans are cleaned by workers and roasted until the outside shell comes off. After roasting, the inside of the beans is ground into a thick chocolate paste. At this stage, sugar, milk, or butter is added to improve the flavor., 5 - Finally, the chocolate paste is poured into moulds. It stays in the moulds until it gets solid and cold. In this way, delicious chocolate bars are made and ready for people to enjoy.,
