An apprentice is a young person training at an office, in a factory or a warehouse., They will show loyalty to the company because they have been trained by the company., It gives the young apprentice a focus in life., They get a monthly allowance to keep them going., The whole idea of apprenticeship is a worthwhile exercise for both employers and for the young apprentices., They are usually school leavers aged 16., About 60 percent of school leavers become apprentice., The rest goes into higher education, into colleges or universities., Most of them want to go into well-know companies., Once they get a training, a job or employment as an apprentice, they then sign an employment contract.,
