1 - In 1923, Germany was in serious trouble because French and Belgian soldiers had invaded the Ruhr and caused huge economic problems, leading to hyperinflation where German money lost all its value., 2 - Many Germans were angry with the Weimar Government and wanted strong leaders who could fix the country’s problems., 3 - Hitler and the Nazis believed it was the perfect time to try and take over the government by force., 4 - On 8th November 1923, Hitler and 600 Nazis stormed a beer hall in Munich where Bavarian leaders were holding a meeting., 5 - Hitler forced the leaders, including Gustav von Kahr, to promise to support his plan for a revolution., 6 - The next day, Hitler and around 2,000 Nazis marched through Munich, but the police opened fire and quickly ended the uprising., 7 - Sixteen Nazis were killed, Hitler was arrested, and the Beer Hall Putsch was unsuccessful..,
