1) EHCP Towards Independence Outcome: Jane will be able to operate independently within the classroom and in both familiar and unfamiliar social situations. a) To work in class by yourself for 15 minutes in each session b) To complete work with autonomy  2) EHCP Communication and Interaction Outcome: Gill will develop her inference skills to support her understanding of, and ability to engage in social interactions with ers peers. a) To join in a group discussion asking one question and answering one question for three sessions. b) To develop communication skills in sessions 3) EHCP Cognition and Learning Outcome: Jane will continue to make academic progress in line with her ability. a) Jane to discuss mock results with tutor and identify three areas for development before final exam in March 25 b) To revise for mock exams 4) EHCP Social, Emotional and Mental Health Outcome:  Gill will be able to always self-regulate and respond safely a) To agree a signal with tutor and LSA to use time out for 5 minutes b) To leave class for 10 minutes when wound up
