1) Ask a member of staff what their main responsibility (thing they have to do) is at work 2) Take a photo of a notice somewhere in college about rights (things you are allowed to do) or responsibilities (things you have to do) at work  3) Find three job adverts online or in a college leaflet and share what job they are for. 4) Create a spider diagram of places where you could search for jobs (e.g., job boards or websites). 5) Practice shaking hands and saying hello with confidence to two classmates. 6) Create a list of five questions they might ask when you go for a job interview 7) Make a small poster about what to do when an argument starts (e.g. speak to your boss) 8) Role-play with a classmate how to calmly ask someone to stop doing something that upsets you. 9) Draw a picture or make a list of three things that help you feel calm when stressed. 10) Ask a tutor how they stay calm when work is busy. 11) Each person in your group mentions three things they need to do in a team while at college 12) Create two lists on a sheet - one side is good things to do in a team, the other is bad things to do! 13) Take photos of things in college that could be used to help people communicate with each other 14) Find and photograph four things in college that are communicating (telling you about) something you need to do 15) Look for recycling bins around the college and write where you found them. 16) Create a poster with three tips for protecting the environment at work.
