When well trained they can provide good customer service but when demotivated they can give the business a bad reputation., Managers - Staff who are in charge of others or departments and when highly skilled can make decisions to improve business. When poorly trained they can make decisions which reduce market share., Finance - The money the business has available. If lots available then the business could invest in new equipment but lack of it could lead to going out of business., Technology - The computer/digital systems a business has available. If up to date it can create new products and increase competitiveness. If not good then it can lead to systems breaking down and a poor business reputation with customers. ,
