Normal Sinus Rhythm: NSR: correctly identify rhythm, STOP CPR then announce "REVIVED!", Check VS (rhythm, pulse, BP, temp, O2 sat, GCS, pupil reflex), Post-cardiac arrest care/Return of spontaneous circulation: Continue manual oxygen via AMBU to maintain O2 sat (>94%), Intubate if PT O2 is decreasing, hook mechanical vent once available, Obtain CXR and ABG, If persistent hypotension, start inotropic (dopamine drip), Start 12-LECG to determine possible STEMI, Activate cardiac catheterization lab, Assess GCS: If not following command > start targeted temp mngmt ASAP (cool temp 32-36 C for 24 hrs), If awake: critical care mngmt & semi-fowler's position, Evaluate and treat rapidly reversible etiologies, Sign "Code Blue Record Form",
