ProgressiveOverload  - Lifting Heavier weights each session will slowly increase my strength. This will cause my body to adapt and improve performance.  , IndividualDifference - A GS in netball will focus on shooting drills. Whereas a GK wouldn't. , Specificity  - A football player would focus on drills and practices around their sports where as a boxer wont be dribbling around cones with a ball as it wont be beneficial. , Adaptation - You have noticed that you have lost weight due to running more. , Reversibility  - Fitness gains will be lost due to injury. , Variation - One day I will complete a free weight session in the gym, the next day I will complete a sparing session and then the next day I will complete a 30 minute run to prevent boredom. , Rest and Recovery - Will help minimise the risk of injury. ,
