"Oppression" refers to a combination of prejudice and institutional power that creates a system that regularly and severely discriminates against some groups and benefits other groups, Integration - the action or process of successfully joining or mixing with a different group of people, Historically marginalized groups - Historically marginalized communities are groups who have been relegated to the lower or peripheral edge of society.
