This Halacha states that Mechitzos are considered to extend upward indefinitely, as long as they are ten Tefachim high to begin with. - גּוּד אַסֵּיק מְחִיצָתָא, noticeable partitions - מְחִיצוֹת הַנִּיכָּרוֹת, if one implanted - נָעַץ, posts - קוּנְדֵּיסִין, they are considered a double post - נִידּוֹנִין מִשּׁוּם דְּיוֹמָד,
