These behaviours include articulating vision in a manner which is appealing to their followers, leading by example, acting confidently and optimistically, emphasising shared values and reinforcing them through actions, displaying high levels of ethical and moral conduct, Intellectual stimulation - Is displayed when the leaders help followers to become more innovative, creative and self-reflective by fostering a climate that favours critical examination, promoting an environment that encourages sharing knowledge and the generation of radical and controversial ideas, and empowerment of followers, Individualised consideration - Is displayed when leaders pay attention to the development needs of followers and treats them as ‘whole’ individual instead of an employee. Leaders achieve this by considering the individuals talents and knowledge, listens to each follower needs and concerns, express praise and thanks as a means of motivation, provides public recognition, ensures workload is distributed fairly, delegate assignments as opportunities for growth, and acts as a coach or mentor.,
