Hook - Motivation is the outcome of failure. When you fail at something, that should be your cue to motivate you to try again till you get it. My motto has been, “If you're not first you’re last”., Thesis - Failure can strengthen a person by making them try harder in life and by helping them achieve something that would have been thought impossible., Topic sentence/Reason #1  - One reason why failure can strengthen a person is because it can make the person try harder at the task they are trying to accomplish., Evidence/Example #1 - Patrick Mahomes is a NFL quarterback for the Chiefs. In his rookie season, he was the backup quarterback. He only played one game that season. He didn’t want that to be his legacy, so he practiced extremely hard during the off season perfecting his throws, his ability to look down field for an open receiver, and make power plays.,  Explanation#1  - All this hard work won him the starter spot for the next season. By failing to make the starting spot his rookie season, he looked at it as a challenge to strive to do better and become the best version of himself on the field., Topic sentence/Reason #2 - Another reason failure can strengthen a person is by achieving something that they would have thought impossible., Evidence/Example#2 - The Apollo mission was created to land the first man on the moon. This was sought to be impossible and a difficult task for them to accomplish. It took NASA 11 attempts to finally attain this objective., Explanation#2  - Even though this goal was far-fetched in a lot of people’s minds in the late 60s and in the early 70s, America proved everyone wrong and did what was thought to be impossible. , Conclusion  - Patrick Mahomes and the Apollo missions are a testament to the resilience of individuals that refused to give up and use their failure as motivation to continue to succeed despite the setbacks that happened. Failure gives strength to those that use it to learn and adapt to circumstances that befall them. Failure has pushed and created many things that the world enjoys today. ,
