I'm out of my bed at 7 - I get up at 7, and then I set off - and then I leave home, to grab something - to have a quick snack, head for the gym - go to the gym, dash to my extra classes - go quickly to my extra classes, have to keep to a tight schedule - have to perform a lot of tasks during your work day, I'm used to it - I've become familiar with it, roll out of the bed - wake up lazily, sluggish or regretful to wake up. Literally, rolling out of bed and onto the floor., from where I left off the previous evening - from where I stopped yesterday evening, stay up late - not to go to bed till late, it's off to school - it's time to go to school, end up doing sth - finally be in a particular situation,
