Speak to the agent at the check in desk 4) You are in a fancy restaurant, and ordered your steak well-done and served with rice, but your meal arrives and it is rare and there is no rice, but frenchfries. Speak to the server 5) You arrive at the hotel for a family vacation. When you go to check in, the receptionist tells you the re is no reservation in your name 6) You are in a nice restaurant where they specialize in seafood. You are very allergic to shrimp. Talk to the waiter. 7) You are staying at a big hotel and there was a wedding party earlier. Some of the gusts are very rowdy and drinking and talking in the hallway. Speak to them. 8) You bought a sweater at Walmart. After washing it once, it shrunk and now it's too small. Ask for help from customer service. 9) You are interested in a house that you saw in the Real Estate brochure. Go to the house and speak with the Real Estate agent 10) You have reserved a car for the weekend from Enterprise. When you come to pick up your car, the agents says the one you wanted is not available, but a bigger, more expensive one is. Speak to him. 11) You bought an expensive item at the Bay and you kept the receipt. It has stopped working. Speak to the person at the customer service desk. You go to the customer service desk.
