1) This time around, I felt much more equipped when it came to the tools and questions. I feel as though I was able to "think ahead" and put my coach shoes on instead of student or teacher shoes. 2) Again, I would have to say that Olivia and I's friendship is helpful, but the whole interview process felt very smooth, well paced, and comfortable. I didn't feel like I was letting it drag too long in any specific areas. We kind of just took the time we felt necessary to talk, and if a question or topic was starting to lose steam, I easily transitioned us to the next. 3) I also feel that this time around, having watched and assisted in planning her lesson, I was able to keep the questions rooted in both practice and content. Knowing, generally, what was going to be taught prior to observing and then watching her teach, I was able to really hone in on the idea of teachers deeply understanding the content they teach by pulling in content specific things I saw or wanted Olivia to talk about.
