Explain why your top 2 are the most important.” 2) “Re-order the 8 steps into the order the team would need to do them in real life. Justify why the first two must come first.” 3) “Choose one step from Team A and one step from Team B. Compare them. How are they similar? How are they different?” 4) “Pick three key steps. Predict what would happen if the team completed only those three and ignored the rest. What would go wrong? What might still succeed?” 5) “Imagine the team is struggling. Add one more step that you think is missing. Explain why the team needs it.” 6) “Give the team a score out of 10 on how strong their plan is. Explain one strength and one weakness in the order they chose.”
