1.OBSERVATION - We look closely at things around us. EX: The plant in the sun is tall. The plant in the dark is small., 2. QUESTION  - We ask: why is this happening? Ex: Why is one plant tall and the other small?, 3. HYPOTHESIS - We guess the answer. This is our idea! Ex: Maybe the sun helps plants grow., 4. EXPERIMENT - We test our idea to see if it's right. Ex: Put one plant in the sun and one in the dark. Water them both!, 5. RESULTS - We see what happened. What did we learn? Ex: The plant in the sun grew bigger. The plant in the dark stayed small., 6. CONCLUSION - We decide  if our idea was right or wrong. Ex: The sun does help plants grow!,
