Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an exercise machine I ordered from your company last month., Unfortunately, the quality of service provided by your company was very disappointing., To begin with, the advertisement for the machine mentioned that some assembly would be required., However, because an instruction booklet was not included, it took me four hours to assemble, In addition, without instructions, it was extremely difficult to figure out how to use the machine, To make matters worse, I received the exercise machine six weeks after I ordered it, whereas your advertisement stated it would take 3 weeks for delivery., Given these circumstances, I believe I am entitled to some form of compensation such as a voucher for exercise equipment., I would also suggest that you improve the quality of your service and delivery standards., I look forward to a response from you., Yours faithfully, , Joe Bloggs.
