Gerry loves Bawanga fruit., Community - There are other kinds of monkeys living in nearby trees, and lots of termites living inside Gerry's tree., Parasitism - Gerry has fleas., Predation - Gerry stays in the trees so things with big teeth don’t eat him., Species - Gerry only wants to mate with monkeys that look like him., Competition - Gerry is the only male in his colony. He has to frighten off other males who want to join his colony., Producer - Bawanga Trees can produce leaves, fruits and seeds., Niche - Gerry's job is to eat the Bawanga fruit, spread its seed and stay up in the shaded part of the trees where he can make a nest and escape predators, Genetic diversity - Gerry looks a lot like the other monkeys but he has a white beard and the others don’t, Detritivore - Sometimes the Bawanga fruits have flies and worms on them.
