1) Risk Management and Hierarchy of Control (HOC) Principles a) Risk Management concept is unknown at site level or not regularly applied b) Risk Management is mainly oriented to high risks identified in compliance with legal requirements or required by Company Guidelines. Risk assessment methodology is compliant with legal requirements. c) The control of risks associated with our processes that can impact on our people and communities who are close to our operations is effective. All tasks are assessed, risks identified and managed. The risk management process addresses all potential hazards. The HOC concept is known by all line managers and supported by the HS function d) Referring to the 5 steps of risk management (Hazard identification, population at risk, risk analysis, rating and prioritisation, HOC to mitigate risk exposure and monitoring & review), the site defined a clear action plan, addressing risks by priority, plan which is monitored, reviewed and controlled permanently
